Dr Dhruva Ramachandran

Dr Dhruva Ramachandran is a General Practitioner with special interest in Dermatology and Cosmetic medicine and has vast experience in the field of Dermatology and all aspects of Aesthetic and Restorative Medicine.

Dr Dhruva has more than 16 years of experience in the field of Dermatology and Cosmetic Medicine and has vastly travelled the globe in search of new techniques and training in this field having worked previously in Malaysia, UK, India and Asia Pacific. He has a diploma in Dermatology, Aesthetic and Restorative Medicine, trained in the Masters Program for Skin Cancer and is a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners Australia and Academy of Family Physicians Malaysia.

Dr Dhruva also has special interests in pigmentary disorders of the skin, facial augmentation and Laser Medicine. He is currently undergoing training for the Board Certifications in Advances of Cosmetic Medicine and Laser Medicine with the American Board of Laser Medicine. He is fluent in various languages and has a keen eye towards perfection in Cosmetic Medicine, which has lead him to work with the best injectors and experts in the field.

I came to DermCosmesis with over 20 years’ experience after owning several businesses of my own.

With regular attendance to training workshops to get ideas for creating new treatments to benefit our clients and maintaining in house training to keep our standards high, I can honestly say I treat the business as my own.

My speciality and passion begins with skin and skin repair by using methods of advanced techniques coupled with clinical technology, products and home care.

I enjoy the satisfaction from a correct diagnosis and treatment leaving my clients with a renewed confidence.

As much as I enjoy my job, I would say the best part of my job is getting to know my clients on a personal level, their likes and dislikes, their families and I really love hearing all about their special events.
